Missionaries Bill & Kathy Craver

Missionary Bill Craver was born in the U.S. and raised in Central America, Bill’s father taught him the ins and outs of the import/export business which at times meant smuggling goods into the U.S.

It was during one of these trips in 1977 that Bill found himself in the middle of nowhere, living on an island that he found a copy of the New Testament Bible. He started to read it and found an incredible thirst for God’s truth and righteousness. It changed his life forever.

After returning to the USA, he met his would be bride, Kathy. They each asked Christ into their hearts and discovered a radical desire to reach the poor and hurting of this world. In 1993 they started the missions work directed to the Mayan people.

Bill attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry and received an honorary Doctorate of Divinity for his years of service and measurable success in missions’ ministry. Married for more than thirty years, he shares two children and five grandchildren with Kathy.

Bill’s lifelong experience in the Mayan Yucatan has been critical to reaching the Mayan people.

Together with Bill’s lifelong experience in the Mayan Yucatan and Kathy’s 18 years of ministry work they now operate and maintain DCI, a fully encompassing missionary program designed to be the perfect partnership for people looking to serve the will of the Lord.

Mark Humes

Belize / Guatemala Caribbean Campus Director

Mark Humes is mission’s director of the Central America Caribbean Dream Center Campus. He was raised in a remote jungle village along the Belize River. He was raised not knowing the Lord and was invited to a church in his late teens. It was at this church service that he accepted Christ into his heart and became radically saved. On the weekends he would work tirelessly conducting evangelism projects throughout the region. To supplement his income Mark operated a tourism company, which operates from Belize to Guatemala. He has been married to his wife Sharon for 18 years and has four children. With his evangelism and travel guide background, Mark’s mission trips are extremely effective and personal.

Moises Balam

Mayan Yucatan Campus Director

Missionary Moises Balam is a native Mayan Indian and the mission’s director of the Yucatan campus in the Mayan city of Tizimin. In 1977 he attended the University of Arkansas on an agricultural scholarship. While attending college he was invited to a campus Bible study where he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. He is married to his wife Sonya and has five boys who serve with him in ministry. Moises has been the senior missions director since 1994. His 17 years of experience leading short-term mission teams and his firsthand knowledge of the culture makes a mission trip most effective.
